Ok, so obviously instead of doing this weeks work, I’m slacking as usual and watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S in bed.  Since we have been forced to let graphics take over our lives however, I couldn’t help but notice that the menu for this DVD is actually really quite crap.  Considering this is the greatest TV show ever, apart from some others, it proves that you don’t have to be that amazing to get a hot job.

One of the top rules we’re lectured about is never use crap fonts, even I have a hatred for Comic Sans MS, but alas, check the font at the bottom.

In conclusion, even though it’s slightly dated, this menu is crap, doesn’t particularly fit in with the theme or mood of the show, isn’t consistant with previous or later series’ menus HOWEVER…

IT DOESN’T MATTER. People still buy, watch and love it and this is why I think Graphics is a waste of time.  Rant over.
